Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: 100% French Oak, 35% new wood. Punch downs only. Indigenous yeast primary fermentation and natural completion of ML. Unfined, unfiltered. Ruby in color. Lively nose of wild strawberry, bing cherry, cranberry, and orange pekoe tea. Secondary notes of rose petal, animale and a touch of mint.
