Ingredients
  

Burger Ingredients:

  • 90/10 grass fed ground beef
  • cheddar cheese
  • real american cheese
  • brioche buns
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • smoked paprika
  • smasher

Special Sauce Ingredients: (equal parts)

  • Mayo
  • ketchup
  • honey
  • chopped grilled onions
  • sweet relish

Instructions
 

  • Season meat with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Don’t be afraid to season the sh*t out of it!
  • Roll them into evenly shaped balls.
  • Sear ina cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat, smash down and brown 4 minutes on each sideor until nicely crisp.
  • After the first flip, add your cheese and let that sear for 30 seconds.
  • Pour a couple drops of water into the pan and cover to steam and melt the cheese.
  • Make the Special Sauce.
  • Always toast your buns with butter!
  • You can garnishhowever you like, but I prefer 2 patties, buns, sauce and grilled onions.
