Season meat with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Don’t be afraid to season the sh*t out of it!
Roll them into evenly shaped balls.
Sear ina cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat, smash down and brown 4 minutes on each sideor until nicely crisp.
After the first flip, add your cheese and let that sear for 30 seconds.
Pour a couple drops of water into the pan and cover to steam and melt the cheese.

Always toast your buns with butter!
You can garnishhowever you like, but I prefer 2 patties, buns, sauce and grilled onions.
