All wine orders must be placed by and shipped to a person 21 years of age or older, and carriers only deliver to a physical address (no PO boxes, business address preferred!). Verification of age may be required at the time of delivery. Our default carrier is UPS.

We can ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, WY. We collect sales tax based on requirements & rates dictated by your ship-to state.

All orders are shipped UPS ground: If temperatures are above 85 degrees or below 40 degrees, we may hold your shipment to ensure your wines arrive in optimal condition. If you're facing time constraints or prefer not to have your wine held due to weather, we offer priority shipping for an additional fee: please contact for more details.

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from our fullfillment warehouse - Eagle Rock Fulfillment Company - with your tracking information for the 21+ signature-required delivery. **Please note, if any changes are made after order is processed, all communication from Eaglerock will reflect original order details. Your tracking number will reflect the new information.
Successful wine delivery is a collaborative effort, and we rely on the information you provide at the time the order is placed, as well as your timely follow-up should any issues arise after you've receieved your tracking information. If your wine is returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will be incurred.
