Floral notes of sassafras, rose & Rooibos tea with hints of Asian spice. Secondary notes of orange peel, forest floor & tobacco. Bright flavors of red plum, ripe cranberry & orange pekoe tea. Finishes long & refined with notes of bing cherry, tobacco & baker’s chocolate.
Big nose of candied red fruits, watermelon Blowpop, bay leaf, and hints of rose petal. Ripe, big flavors of pomegranate, red cherry pie with lots of tea and rose hips. Silky, long finish with hints of plum and tobacco.
Bing cherry in color with floral, ripe nose of sassafras tea, raspberry, rhubarb pie, soy, and alpine strawberry. Silky, bright flavors of Bing cherry, cranberry, blueberry sweet tart, and orange pekoe tea. Finishes long and lean with hints of tea and plum.
This Pinot offers a really diverse nose of spicy rhubarb, wild strawberry jam, clove, red meats and, what Jamey likes to call, animale followed by flavors of cranberry, rhubarb, dark Bing cherry tea, and baker’s chocolate.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered with lighter shade of ruby red in color. Starts with a perfumy raspberry jam, cranberry, spicy clove with hints of hedgehog mushrooms and sassafras tea and finishes long with hints of cranberry and tobacco, subtle tannins, and wonderful acidity.
Unfined, unfiltered. Ruby in color. Lively nose of wild strawberry, bing cherry, cranberry, and orange pekoe tea, followed by notes of rose petal, animale and a touch of mint.
Unfined, unfiltered and garnet in color with an expressive nose of dark cherry, cranberry, wild strawberry, and orange pekoe tea followed by a silky mouthful of dark cherry, boysenberry, and plum.
