High-toned notes of ripe raspberry perfume and rose petal accompanied by hints of thyme and mint. Silky, rich flavors of Bing cherry, orange pekoe covered dark chocolate, and Asian spice.
Dark purple in color. Nose jumps out of the glass with ripe cassis and freshly crushed pink peppercorns, violets and “animale.” Intense flavors of ripe raspberry and white pepper finish long with fleshy tannins and tobacco.
Bing cherry in color with floral, ripe nose of sassafras tea, raspberry, rhubarb pie, soy, and alpine strawberry. Silky, bright flavors of Bing cherry, cranberry, blueberry sweet tart, and orange pekoe tea. Finishes long and lean with hints of tea and plum.
With big, silky flavors of dark cherry and blueberry, afterthoughts of bright pomegranate and tangerine tea, and a big finish of Bing cherry and Baker's chocolate, this Pinot Noir is a crowd pleaser and the perfect hostess gift.
This Pinot offers a really diverse nose of spicy rhubarb, wild strawberry jam, clove, red meats and, what Jamey likes to call, animale followed by flavors of cranberry, rhubarb, dark Bing cherry tea, and baker’s chocolate.
Classic Northern Rhone nose followed by a velvety mouthful of pomegranate, cassis, black olive, white pepper and soy. Finishes long with ripe tannins, plum, cinnamon, and baker’s chocolate.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered with lighter shade of ruby red in color. Starts with a perfumy raspberry jam, cranberry, spicy clove with hints of hedgehog mushrooms and sassafras tea and finishes long with hints of cranberry and tobacco, subtle tannins, and wonderful acidity.
Unfined, unfiltered. Ruby in color. Lively nose of wild strawberry, bing cherry, cranberry, and orange pekoe tea, followed by notes of rose petal, animale and a touch of mint.
